骨架油封安裝方向和方法

1.安裝方向：油封圈安裝在增壓墊或軸類零件上時(shí)，墊圈安裝面應(yīng)平行于外圈和內(nèi)圈，內(nèi)圈安裝面應(yīng)平行于外圈和內(nèi)圈上平面安裝面。當(dāng)油封圈安裝在滑動(dòng)配合部件上時(shí)，墊圈的安裝面應(yīng)平行于外圈的滑動(dòng)表面，使油封與外圈的表面接觸貼合。

1.Installationdirection:Whenthesealingringisinstalledonthepresspadorshaftparts,thepadinstallationsurfaceshouldbeparalleltotheouterandinnerrings,andtheinnerringinstallationsurfaceshouldbeparalleltotheouterandinnerrings'planeinstallationsurface.Whentheoilsealringisinstalledontheslidingfittingparts,thepadinstallationsurfaceshouldbeparalleltotheslidingsurfaceoftheouterring,sothattheoilsealisincontactwiththesurfaceoftheouterring.

2.安裝方法：油封圈一般采用平推、摳裝或壓入等方法安裝。平推是用木頭、金屬片或滾珠推滿模，摳裝可利用鉗子、銼刀等工具，將油封圈摳入零件內(nèi)壁；壓入時(shí)，可利用壓入模和壁板來(lái)安裝，但需仔細(xì)調(diào)整壁板和模具尺寸，以達(dá)到位置的要求。

2.Installationmethod:Oilsealringisgenerallyinstalledbyflatpushing,chiselingorpressing.Flatpushingistousewood,metalsheetorballtofullthemold;chiselingcanbeusedtoolssuchaspliersandfilestochiseltheoilsealringintotheinnerwalloftheparts;whenpressing,itcanbeinstalledbypressingdieandwallplate,butthesizeofthewallplateanddieneedtobeadjustedcarefullytomeetthepositionrequirements.
